COURSE SUMMARY

This course will introduce the knowledge and skills needed for using Advantech LoRaWAN Modules to transmit the environmental data to LoRaWAN gateway. The course will focus on the essential knowledge of LoRaWAN, the LoRaWAN architecture, and how to connect LoRaWAN node to WISE-6610 LoRaWAN gateway. Besides, there are 4 hands-on included in this course, to make sure you know how to configure WISE-4610 module correctly, and connect to gateway succcessully, also knowing how to use Modbus or Node-RED to get the LoRaWAN node data. It's a great step for you to have the knowledge and skills configure and build up your LoRaWAN application by joining this course.

1. Understand the basic feature of WISE-4610
2. Know the difference between LoRa and LoRaWAN
3. Configure WISE-4610 with WISE-studio
4. Set up the communication between WISE-4610 and WISE-6610 gateway
5. Check the received data on WISE-6610 gateway
6. Use Modbus to query WISE-4610 data from WISE-6610
