Therefore, PHM builds up a smart IoT solution with edge-cloud collaboration for both factory users and machine manufacturers. We offer machine-fast connection, machine health management, maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and historical data analysis. We help factory customers not only better manage their machines, but also avoid unexpected machine downtime. For machine manufacturers, if the external network connection is allowed, they can monitor their customers’ machines remotely in real-time to arrange manpower and spare parts in advance. Then the services can be provided just in time to meet customers’ expectations.
